AILET 2023 Counseling Registration OPEN: Download Result, Invite List, FINAL answer key,

A total of 75 candidates have been included in the AILET 2023 counseling invite list for the BA LLB program to fill the 23 available seats. 

These candidates can register for counseling under OBC-NCL category.

The total OBC-NCL category seat intake for the BA LLB program is 24; out of these seats, 1 seat is reserved for a PwD candidate.

The registration process for AILET 2023 counseling is held in online mode at the admission portal of NLU Delhi - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.

The Phase I Seat Allotment for AILET 2023 will be announced on December 30, 2022.

The online counseling registration is open from December 20-26, 2022.

Candidates who are included in the category-wise counseling invite list can register for counseling.

The candidate who has secured the All India Merit Rank of 30 in AILET 2023 secured 69.25 marks. Now considering there are 30 seats available for the general category, the cut-off would be equal to 69.25 marks or lower for the category.

This means, if a candidate scores 70 marks, he or she is sure to get admission under the general category.

There are a total of 30 seats earmarked for the LLM program through AILET 2023 (not including 2 seats reserved for the General - PwD category). 

While there are 47 seats for the general category (not including General - PwD), a total of 143 candidates have been invited for counseling.

Shortlisted candidates need to get registered and upload essential documents between December 20 & 26, 2022.

The counseling invite has been released category-wise for the BA LLB and LLM programs.

Candidates included in the invite lists can register for counseling.

The marks obtained by the top 50 AILET 2023 merit rank holders are given below.

Given only 12 candidates managed to score 80 or more marks in the AILET 2023 entrance exam, the admission cut-off for AILET 2023 would certainly be below 80 marks.

This means, the admission cut-off the general or open category would be lower this year (compared to the previous edition.

The candidate secure an All India Merit Rank of 15, 454.

The highest score in the AILET 2023 exam is 92 marks. 

This score is secured by the candidate with application number 31001184 and roll number 2338160507.

The AILET 2023 counseling fee will be category-specific as shown below:

1. General /Kashmiri Migrants/Residence of Jammu and Kashmir -Rs.30,000.00
2. ST/SC/OBC/EWS/PWD categories –Rs.20,000.00

The seat intake for the Ph.D program for the academic year 2023-24 is as follows:

• UGC-JRF: 5 seats (The UGC-JRF candidates are exempted from the AILET 2023)
• Through AILET - 9 (5 seats 4 Fellowships seats)
• Foreign Nationals: 2 seats

Due to paucity of rooms in the hostel, hostel accommodation will not be provided to any student admitted in the LL.M. Programme.

Due to the paucity of rooms in the hostel, hostel facilities will not be available for newly admitted students of B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) program from Delhi/NCR. 

However, students from outside Delhi/ NCR may be considered for allotment of hostel accommodation subject to availability.

The category-wise list of candidates invited for counseling (approximately three times the number of candidates corresponding to the number of seats in each category) will be released on December 20, 2022.

Candidates who have passed the qualifying exam in compartment in the year of admission will not be considered for admission to the BA LLB program.

The candidate needs to keep the following documents ready to register for AILET 2023 counseling.

1. Marks Statement of X and XII Class Examination or equivalent examination (if the results of XII is awaited, the candidate needs to submit an undertaking)
2. Character certificate from School / Institution last attended.
3. Category certificate.

The registration for AILET 2023 counseling will commence on December 20, 2022. The invite list or the list of eligible candidates who can participate in the counseling process will also be released todaY
