Azim Premji NET 2020 exam postponed, Check new dates here

Azim Premji University has postponed the UG entrance exam and, extended the last date of application until April 20. Read here to know more.

Azim Premji University has postponed the National Entrance Test (NET) for undergraduate courses, which was earlier scheduled to be held on April 12, 2020. Moreover, the last date of application has been extended until April 20, 2020. Now, the entrance exam for UG courses admission of Azim Premji University will be held on or after May 15, 2020. Moreover, the university stated in the official notification published on the website that more information regarding admissions will be available after April 15, 2020. The decision has been taken since there is a countrywide lockdown until April 14 has been imposed due to Coronavirus pandemic. 

Azim Premji NET 2020 New Schedule

The latest exam schedule for Azim Premji UG NET 2020 will be as under:

Azim Premji NET 2020 will be conducted in a pen-paper based and, the question paper will have three parts including, English, Quantitative Reasoning and Written Test. There will be objective type of questions for Part 1 and 2, and essay writing based questions for Part 3. For MCQs, each question will carry 2 marks and, 1 mark will be deducted in case of each wrong attempt.

Through Azim Premji NET 2020, admissions will be offered to undergraduate courses as under:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) Economics and Humanities
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics, Mathematics and Biology
• Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education (BSc-BEd) in Physical Science, Life Science, and Mathematics 

The regular admission process of postgraduate courses through Azim Premji NET 2020 has not started yet.
