CLAT Sample Paper 2025: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has released the CLAT 2025 Sample questions on its official website; i.e consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Only those candidates who have completed their registration process for CLAT 2025 will be able to download the sample questions.
Candidates are advised to practice these sample papers with a fresh mind. Candidates must practice for CLAT 2025 using the sample question paper in a simulated environment. Candidates should not feel disheartened if they are not able to score well the first time. The Consortium allows them to attempt the CLAT 2025 sample question paper any number of times.
CLAT 2025 Exam Pattern: Marking Scheme
The Consortium has not brought any changes to CLAT Exam Pattern 2025. The consortium has released the marking scheme for CLAT 2025 Exam. However, aspirants can refer to the marking scheme for UG courses below as per the previous year's exam pattern:
For every correct answer, candidates are awarded one mark
For every wrong attempt, 0.25 marks are deducted from their total score
No marks are awarded or deducted for questions not left un-attempted
CLAT Marking Parameters Marks Awarded
Correct answer +1 marks
Incorrect answer -0.25 marks
Un-attempted question 0 marks
The CLAT 2025 registration is underway and the online CLAT application form 2025 will be closed on October 15, 2024. CLAT Exam Date 2025 is December 1.

The CLAT Exam 2025 carried 120 questions. UG CLAT syllabus 2025 consisted of five sections - English language, General knowledge and current affairs, legal aptitude, logical reasoning and quantitative abilities. The CLAT LLM syllabus consisted of topics from common law subjects of LLB programmes.

If the exam authority decides to remove any of the sections of CLAT UG question paper in 2025, then it will inform the candidates in admission notification itself, so that candidates can prepare for the exam accordingly.However, no such announcement has been made so far. The Legal Reasoning section has been removed from AILET question paper only.
