The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Manesar, established by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, and Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU), Vishakhapatnam, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The agreement has been signed for the purpose of academic collaboration that will encompass offer and award of degree, diploma and certificate courses of contemporary importance; exchange members of faculty and students; research and publication; other academic activities; offer of expert advice and consultancy; and conduct joint workshops, seminars and conferences.
The MoU will foster advancement in offering postgraduate courses such as LLM, jointly organising awareness and outreach programmes. DSNLU offers admission on the basis of valid score in CLAT which will be conducted on December 18, 2022.
At the UG level, the university offers a five year integrated programme, i.e. BA- LLB (Hons). The total number of seats available for this course is 120. LLM is a one-year programme offered by the university at the postgraduate level. The LLM is divided into two semesters. The total seat intake for LLM is 24.
The foreign citizens/non-resident Indians can directly apply from the official website of the university. A total of 12 seats are reserved for foreign citizens/non-resident Indians in BA-LLB (Hons) and two seats are reserved for foreign citizens/non-resident Indians in LLM.
