UPES has revised the dates for ULSAT 2022

UPES has extended the last date to apply for ULSAT from May 9, 2022, to June 30, 2022. Also the  UPES Law School Admission Test (ULSAT) 2022 will be now held from July 3 to 5, which was earlier scheduled to be held from May 13 to 15.

How to apply for ULSAT 2022?

The application form is available for LLM, 3 years LLB and 5 years LLB. Apart from ULSAT, candidates can apply for admission in law courses at UPES via CLAT / LSAT / board exam scores of the current session. 20% of seats are filled through CAT / LSAT / 10+2 scores and the rest of the seats are filled based on ULSAT scores. One applicant can fill out one application form for either of the admission pathways. However, University will provide the opportunity for students to take admission through either of the pathways. UPES ULSAT application form is available online only at the official website. Offline forms are also available.

ULSAT 2022 application fee is INR 1800.

Eligibility for ULSAT 2022

To be eligible for ULSAT, candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th). For LLM the minimum marks is 50% marks at Higher and Senior Secondary levels (X and XII) and Minimum 50%marks in Graduation with LLB Degree or equivalent.

ULSAT 2022 details

ULSAT 2022 syllabus includes Language Comprehension, Quantitative & Numerical Ability, Logical Reasoning, Legal General Knowledge, and Legal Aptitude. For LLM admission candidates have to prepare Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, and other law subjects.

ULSAT is the Law School Admission Test for admission in 3 years LLB, 5 years LLB ( BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB, BTech LLB), and LLM courses offered by the University Of Petroleum & Energy Studies. The qualifying candidates are given admission in the course of their choice to the UPES School of Law (SOL). A total of 520 seats are available for grabs in the UG law courses. And a total of 70 seats are available in the PG law courses.
