The Law School Admission Council (LSAC) will conduct the LSAT India 2022 examination from June 22 to June 24, i.e. on three days, as confirmed in the latest notification on the website. Those who have registered for LSAT India 2022, could book their slots from the available dates before June 12. The system readiness check was done on June 15. There will be no requirement for LSAT India 2022 admit card as the exam will be held in an online-proctored mode. Candidates will be issued test appointment letters via email, that they can refer to for test system link and login credentials.
The exam authority, LSAC has shared important instructions to be followed by candidates for the home-based online proctored mode examination. Candidates can go through the instructions for LSAT India 2022 including, general do’s and don’ts, system requirements, misconduct, technical problems, and exam retaking facility/ policy.
LSAT India 2022 Exam Day Preparation
Candidates taking the LSAT India 2022 examination can go through the essential instructions for the exam day as issued by the exam authority, “Make sure that your equipment meets the system requirements.
- Perform the System Verification Steps below. Note that you will also receive an email with the subject line 'LSAT India 2022- Get ready for Home proctored exam' with all of the information mentioned below regarding the System Verification.
- Request your preferred day and time for your Test Appointment on the Registration Dashboard during the test scheduling window.
- Get your Test Appointment details from the Registration Dashboard. These details will be available a few days prior to the test date. You will also receive an email with the subject line 'LSAT India 2022 Exam Scheduling information Email' with the same Test Appointment details along with 'What to expect on the day of the test'.
- You are strongly encouraged to familiarize yourself with the testing experience by taking the Free LSAT—India Mock Test, available via the Registration site. This testing experience will be very similar to what you will experience on test day. “
LSAT India 2022 Test-taking instructions
Candidates should ensure their system readiness for the exam day. On the day of examination, candidates should seclude themselves to avoid distractions. Apart from this, candidates should:
- Keep their desk tidy, and mobile phones should also kept away
- The room where you are taking LSAT India 2022 exam should be well-lit, and your face should be clearly visible to the online proctor
- You can keep two blank paper and black open or pencil for calculating purposes
- Log in to your exam properly through the link shared to you via email before the exam day
- You cannot keep on headphones, goggles, except for non-electronic foam earplugs while taking the exam
- The testing system only allows forward navigation, and once you move ahead, you cannot go back to a previous question, therefore, be careful while taking the exam
Candidates cannot take break or leave the exam midway. They can keep transparent water bottle other than this no refereshments will be allowed during the exam.
LSAT India 2022 Exam Retaking Policy
LSAC may conduct retests for candidates in case they are not able to take the exam due to technical glitches. If there are such incidents on any of the exam days, then the test-takers have to report the same within 24 hours of the exam slot, in order to request LSAT India 2022 retest. Informing about the same, LSAC stated, “Retests will only be offered to those who were verifiably unable to complete their test due to a technical problem and who request a retest within 24 hours of the start time of their Test Appointment. You can only submit a request for a retest by using the Query system on your LSAT—India Registration Dashboard. From your dashboard, click the yellow tab on the right side of the screen that says 'Any Queries? Ask Us'. Retest requests submitted by email or any other means may not be granted.”
