Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra is closing the MH CET Law 2024 registration for 5-year LLB on February 18, 2024, at cetcell.mahacet.org. Candidates have a few days to fill out the MH CET Law 2024 application form for the 5-year integrated LLB programme. Before filling out the application form, they will have to fill out the MH CET Law 2024 registration form. Filling out these forms is a complex process. The MH CET Law 2024 exam for the 5-year LLB course will be conducted on May 3, 2024. The exam mode will be online. However, candidates will have to visit the exam centre allotted to them. The exam centres for the MH CET Law exam will only be in Maharashtra. 

Steps to Fill Out MH CET Law 2024 Registration Cum Application Form for 5-Year LLB

To fill out the MH CET Law 2024 registration form and application form use the following steps: 

  • Go to cetcell.mahacet.org. 
  • Click on the "Candidate Registration A.Y 2024-25" option. 
  • Complete the registration process. 
  • Now, click again on the "Candidate Registration A.Y 2024-25" option and sign in by using registered email ID and password.
  • Click on the "Register Now" option and then click on the "MAH-L.L.B 5.Yrs CET-2024" tab.
  • Fill out the application form
  • Pay application fee to complete the process.

MH CET Law 2024 Eligibility Criteria (For 5-year LLB)

Consider the following MH CET Law eligibility criteria for the 5-year LLB admissions in 2024:

Qualification
  • Candidates must have completed their Class (10+2) degree from a recognised board (national or state board).
  • The (10+2) degree can be in any stream. 
Minimum marks requirement
  • Candidates must need a minimum of 45% (for general category candidates and candidates outside Maharashtra state) in aggregate in their (10+2) qualifying exam. 
  • The marks of candidates appearing in the final year exam will be considered at the time of admission. The obtained marks must be at least 45%. 

Minium marks for reserved categories: 

  • SC and ST = 40%
  • Vimukta Jati and Nomadic Tribes (VJNT) = 42%
  • Special Backward Class (SBC) = 42%
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC) = 42%
Nationality
  • Candidates should be an Indian National. 
  • Non-Resident Indian (NRI) candidates, candidates with Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), and Persons of Indian Orgin (PIO) can also apply for the MH CET Law 2024. These candidates must produce a certificate stating completion of their (10+2) degree or any equivalent degree in foreign countries.
Age
  • There is no upper age limit to apply for MH CET Law 2024. 
  • However, candidates must be at least 16 years old to fill out the MH CET Law 2024 5-year LLB application form.
