The MH CET Law 2024 registration dates for the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) have been officially announced. The CAP registration for the 5-year LLB program is set to commence on July 8, 2024. Following closely, the CAP registration for the 3-year LLB program will begin on July 10, 2024. Candidates who appeared in the MAH CET LLB 2024 exam will be able to register for CAP on the official MAH CET Cell website - cetcell.mahacet.org. 

The Centralized Admission Process (CAP) is a streamlined admission procedure implemented by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell for various professional courses, including law. CAP ensures a transparent and efficient method for seat allocation in participating colleges and universities based on merit and preferences of the candidates. How to Register for MH CET Law 2024 Centralised Admission Process (CAP)? 

To register for CAP, use the following steps:

  • Go to the official MH CET Law website: cetcell.mahacer.org.
  • Click on the 'New Registration' link for the respective program (5-year LLB or 3-year LLB).
  • Fill in the basic details like name, date of birth, contact number, email ID, etc.
  • Create a password and note it down for future reference.
  • Log in with the registered email ID and password.
  • Complete the application form by providing personal details, educational qualifications, and other relevant information.
  • Upload scanned copies of required documents such as photograph, signature, ID proof, and academic certificates.
  • Pay the application fee through the available online payment methods (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI).
  • Save the payment receipt for future reference.
  • After successful registration and payment, fill in the preferred choices of colleges and courses.
  • Arrange the choices in order of preference carefully, as this will be crucial during the seat allotment process.
  • Keep track of the merit list announcements and seat allotment results on the official website.
  • Download and print the allotment letter if a seat is allotted.
  • Report to the allotted institute within the specified timeline with all the required documents and the allotment letter.
  • Complete the admission formalities, including fee payment, at the institute.
