The Maharashtra CET Cell is expected to announce MH CET Law exam dates 2021 shortly. The CET Cell is also expected to commence the MH CET Law registration 2021 shortly. The registration for the state-level entrance exam (3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes) can be done via online mode only.
This year, the seat intake for 5-year program will be around 5,000 whereas 15,000 seats will be offered for 3-year course.

MH CET Law Eligibility 2021
Currently, there is no upper age limit for both the programmes, however only Indian Nationals can appear for it. For 5-year program, HSC (12th class) candidates with minimum 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ ST category) can apply for the exam. For 3-year program, candidates with a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in any stream with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST category) can apply for MH CET Law.
MH CET Law Registration 2021
MH CET Law application forms will be available on the official website of CET Cell, Maharashtra State. Eligible candidates must ensure that they have a valid Email ID and mobile number as all the updates will be shared on the same. The fee for registration will vary between Rs 400-800 as per the candidate’s category.
MH CET Law Exam Pattern
The exams for both three-year and five-year LLB programmes are conducted in online mode. The law exam will consist of 150 objective-type questions with no negative marking. All the questions must be completed within 120 minutes, but for PwD category 30 minutes extra will be offered. Check complete MH CET Law exam pattern.
After analyzing the exam trends from previous years, for 2021, the difficulty level for both the law programs (5-year and 3-year LLB) is expected to range between moderate to difficult.
