After the final-year LLB exam hall tickets of Mumbai University got delayed, the students are wondering if their exam will take place as per schedule or not.
As per the report of Indian Express, due to this issue, the university is unable to issue hall tickets, which has left students wondering if their exams will take place as per schedule or not.
Over 3000 law students get incorrect mark sheet
Recently, the university came under the scanner for issuing erroneous mark sheets to its final-year law students from the previous batch.
Results of the sixth semester of a three-year law course were announced by MU on August 10, and students received printed mark sheets last week. The issue was noticed after a student from a Borivali-based law college noticed that the last digit of his 16-digit PRN number was printed as 0 (zero) instead of the actual digit. Upon enquiring with some classmates, they found that all students faced the same issue.
The college principal said, “PRN is like a student identity. All data is connected with the PRN, and colleges always verify PRN printed on the mark sheet given by universities. Due to this mess, students who want to seek admission to LLM courses will be in trouble,” as reported by Hindustan Times.
