NLU Delhi has inked an agreement with the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) to develop a cooperative working relationship in the area of financial institutions and regulations. IFSCA officials also instituted a PhD Fellowship in IFSCA Regulations at National Law University Delhi to provide a scholarship of INR 16 lakhs per scholar.

National Law University Delhi has inked a Memorandum of understanding (MoU) with International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) to develop a cooperative working relationship in the area of financial institutions and regulations.

The Fellowship will be supervised by the Centre for Regulatory Studies (CRS) at National Law University Delhi under the guidance of Prof. M. Sahoo, Distinguished Professor, NLUD & Chairperson, CRS & Dr Risham Garg, Associate Professor, NLUD & Director, CRS.

IFSCA officials also instituted a PhD Fellowship in IFSCA Regulations at National Law University Delhi to provide a scholarship of INR 16 lakhs per scholar.

P39A at NLUD reports proud victory; SC frees a death row convict

NLUD tweeted, "A proud victory for @P39A_nlud, SC set free a death row convict, who was only 12 at the time of the offence, while acknowledging that he could have been imprisoned only for a max of 3 yrs but has now served 28 yrs (25 on death row)."

“@P39A_nlud briefed Justice Basant to argue this matter in the #SupremeCourt. Judgment was authored by Justice Aniruddha Bose for a bench that also comprised Justices KM Joseph and Hrishikesh Roy,” says another tweet by NLUD.
