NLUD: Registration closes soon for Diploma Course in Law & Practice in Arbitration

NLU Delhi has notified that the candidate seeking admission to the online Diploma Course in Law & Practice in Arbitration should apply latest by January 15, 2023.

National Law University Delhi (NLUD) has notified through its Twitter handle about the approaching deadline to apply for the online Diploma Course in Law & Practice in Arbitration. As per the announcement, the last date to register for the course is January 15, 2023.

NLUD tweet reads, "Deadline Approaching! 15 Jan is the last date to apply for the 8-month long Online Diploma Course in Law & Practice in Arbitration."

For the eight-month duration course, the registration started on December 10, 2023, and the course is all set to start on February 1, 2023. The course fee is INR 80,000 and the registration fee is INR 1000 which is non-refundable.

"This course is designed to discuss in detail the nuances of domestic and international commercial arbitration. The course is a completely online course which gives an option to the participant to undertake the program at a place and time convenient to him/her," reads NLUD statement.

Graduates in any discipline including lawyers, C.A., Accountants, Company Secretaries, Engineers, Architects, Bureaucrats, Management graduates, students pursuing LL.B, LLM and working professionals are eligible to apply for the course.

Since it is an Online Distance Education Programme, there will be no seat limit. All the applicants, who are found eligible, will be admitted to the programme. 

The course is designed to impart both theoretical and practical understanding of the important aspects of dispute resolution in general and arbitration in particular.
