NLUD's 6th Arun Jaitley International Moot Competition on Insolvency and Bankruptcy will be held between May 5 to May 7, 2023. The theme of the 2022-23 edition is ‘Cross-Border Insolvency’. Teams will be shortlisted based on the quality of submissions. In the oral rounds, teams will make the arguments on merits to industry experts acting as judges.
The Centre for Transnational Commercial Law at The National Law University, Delhi, supported by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and the UNCITRAL RCAP, in collaboration with INSOL India and Insolvency Law Academy, announced the 6th Edition of Arun Jaitley International Moot Competition on Insolvency and Bankruptcy. The competition will be held between May 5 and May 7, 2023,
The inaugural edition of the competition was held from October 28 to October 29, 2017, at the National Law University, Delhi, India.

NLUD to host 7th Edition of the Summer School
Centre for Communication Governance at NLU Delhi at NLUD to host the 7th Edition of the Summer School organised between the Leibniz-Institut für Medienforschung and Universität Hamburg, ITS Rio, and NLUD. The law university has welcomed students from Brazil & Germany, who will be joined by students from NLUD for Summer School.
The Summer School aims to provide an opportunity for researchers to share their experiences and insights on platform regulation, leading to the development of new ideas and approaches.
The Summer School also hopes to facilitate the creation of new networks amongst both students and researchers, with the aim of undertaking collaborative research and professional development.
