National Law University Odisha is hiring for various teaching and administrative positions including Professor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Doctor and Office Assistant.

National Law University Odisha, a premier Law University in India, invited applications for various teaching and administrative positions. The last date to receive the applications by Speed/Register Post is June 2, 2023. 

Details of regular positions - there are two posts of Professor (Law), seven posts of Associate Professor (Law), eight posts of Assistant Professor, and one post each of Assistant Professor (English) and Doctor.

Recruitment for the Centre for Child Rights at NLUO

The following recruitment will be made for the Centre for Child Rights at NLUO under the scheme “Chief Minister’s Chair Professor in Centre for Child Rights at NLUO” on a yearly contract basis extendable to a maximum period of 5 Years. These appointments are purely temporary. Details of openings - one post of Chair Professor in Child Rights, two posts of Researcher in Child Rights, and one position of Office Assistant.

"Filled in application form should be sent to the Registrar, National Law University Odisha with a Demand Draft of INR 1,000/- for the posts in S.No. 01 to 07 and INR 500/- for the posts in S.No. 8 drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of Registrar, National Law University, Odisha payable at Cuttack. Reservations (SC, ST, SEBC) for the posts are available only for the candidates who have domicile in Odisha and the Caste certificate needs to be obtained from the competent Authority in the State of Odisha only," reads NLUO statement.

"Horizontal Reservation for women and PWD candidates shall be provided as per norms. The University, at its discretion, may restrict the number of candidates to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications/experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement to be called for an interview. Persons in service shall apply only through the proper channel. No TA/DA/Accommodation will be provided for attending the Interview," added the statement.
