Talking about the to-be-launched course on the Pharmaceutical Industry, an official statement published by the varsity on its official website reads, “The said course would challenge the students to think about why the pharmaceutical industry is much talked about in the context of public health crises, especially in developing countries like India.” It further added, “It would familiarise them with the dynamics of the linkage between the pharmaceutical industry and public health touching upon economic, legal, and public policy issues. As this course adopts a multidisciplinary approach, students (masters and doctoral) coming from various academic disciplines can join the course.”
Earlier, NLUO signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with State CID. Under the MoU, seven NLU interns were nominated by the university and began their 30-day internships with the Crime Branch.
