NUJS invites applications for Research Assistant post

The post is vacant of Research Assistant for an upcoming project at WB National University of Juridical Sciences on “Revisiting the Scope of Diagnostic and Treatment Processes as Exclusions to Patentable Subject Matter: A Critical Appraisal of the Pros and Cons", read here for more details.

The Centre for Law and Technology at The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata, invited applications for a single post of Research Assistant for an upcoming project on “Revisiting the Scope of Diagnostic and Treatment Processes as Exclusions to Patentable Subject Matter: A Critical Appraisal of the Pros and Cons”. The project will be carried out in collaboration with the Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur. 

Any candidate pursuing LL.M. with an IPR specialization can apply for the post. The position will be a contractual one for one year at a consolidated monthly salary of INR 16,000. The Research Assistant will be expected to physically work at NUJS, Kolkata for this duration.
