Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised the efforts of students of Jarbom Gamlin Law College for their proactive roles in the Legal Services Camp to create awareness amongst citizens.

Responding to the tweet by Union Minister of Law and Justice, Kiren Rijiju, the Prime Minister tweeted, 

“Such an effort is laudatory as it enhances awareness about aspects relating to the law and legal rights of people.”

Kiren Rijiju tweet reads, "I appreciate the students of Jarbom Gamlin Law College for their proactive roles in the Legal Services Camp to create awareness amongst citizens through our Panel Lawyers & Para Legal Volunteers. Equipments & certificates handed over to beneficiaries under many welfare schemes."

About Jarbom Gamlin Law College

Affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh, it is the first government law college of Arunachal Pradesh. The institute is housed on a vast 19-acre land amidst pristine mountain slopes, on the banks of river Poma at Jote, Papumpare District. 

Established in the year 2019, it has 120 students as its first batch of legal enthusiasts, motivated, inspired and path shown by teachers of vast experience and huge calibre.

The college comprises of Academic block, Administrative block, library, Moot-Court and other chambers for Legal Aid Cells, Research Cells etc. It also accommodates a hostel for both male and female students with a capacity of 30 students.
