RGNUL Punjab to organise International Conference on AI and Law

The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab will organise an international conference on Artificial Intelligence and Law in November.

The Centre for Business Law and Taxation (CBLT) at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab is all set to organise an international conference from November 11 to November 12, 2022.

The conference is on Artificial Intelligence and Law and the themes include AI and lethal autonomous weapon systems: International humanitarian law prospectives, big data and its regulation, AI, healthcare and legal liability regime, AI, data privacy, data protection and law, AI systems for legal professionals, AI in education, XAI and law, AI, forensic criminalistics and criminal justice system, AI and jurisdictional issues, AI and IPRs.

Registration fees for the conference

The registration fee for the students and researchers is INR 800, for academicians, it is INR 1000, co-authors - INR 1500 (a maximum of two authors are permitted per paper) and the conference participation fee is INR 500.

The abstract or proposal must be submitted by August 31, and acceptance or rejection notification would be out by September 10, last date to register is September 30, and full paper submission by October 25.

RGNUL's training programme on cyber crime for NIA officers in August

The law university is also organising a training programme on 'Cyber Crime Investigation and Evidencing' for the Law Officers of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on 6th and 7th August 2022.
