RULET 2020: List of eligible candidates released, Personal Interview schedule revised

The University of Rajasthan has released the personal interview schedule for RULET 2020 along with the list of eligible candidates. Candidates who have applied for RULET 2020 for admission to BA LLB (hons,) courses can check their names in the eligible list. The interview process will begin from September 25 onwards and, end on October 13. The university has received five times more applications than the available seats. The total seats available are 120 and, shortlisted candtes are 671. Therefore, candidates will now be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in the personal interview. 

According to the information brochure, "Merit shall be prepared on the basis of percentage obtained by the candidate out of the 100 marks in Class XII and Personal Interview will be taken out of the 25 marks. For the purpose of Personal Interview, minimum three time candidates from the the Merit of marks obtained in Class XII shall be called against the prescribed seats. 

Final Merit List shall be prepared on the basis of percentage obtained in Class XII and Marks of Personal Interview (100+25 = 125 Marks). In case where two or more candidates stand on same Merit Position, preference shall be given to the candidate on the following criteria (in descending order):

a) who has secured higher marks in Class X ;

b) who is older than other in age"

Candidates have to visit the university campus along with te required documents i.e. Class 12th marksheets, Class 10th marksheets, and category certificates.
