The National Law School of India University, Bangalore has topped the NIRF Law Ranking List 2020. The NIRF Rankings list was released on June 11, 2020, (Thursday) by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD). The second spot on the top law colleges in India is the National Law University, Delhi, followed by Nalsar University of Law, Hyderabad in the third place.
The MHRD had launched the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) on the basis of five parameters:
- Teaching, Learning and Resources
- Research and Professional Practices
- Graduation Outcomes
- Outreach and Inclusivity
- Perception
