MAH MBA CET 2022 Live Updates Aug 25: Answer Key, Question Paper Analysis, Cut Offs, Student Reactions & Reviews

MAH MBA CET 2022 result may be announced in the first week of September. However, the exact date of result declaration will be announced by the Maharashtra State CET Cell in the upcoming days. The MBA CET result will be available for download at the State Cell website.

Now that all the sessions of MAH MBA CET 2022 are over it is time to analyse performance and check the previous year’s cut offs. So, given below is MBA CET 2020 cut offs for reference.

Given below is the table with estimated MBA CET percentile vs marks. This will help students in assessing their chances of admission through MAH CET score. 

The method applied for Percetile Calculation is Equipercentile Method. The percentile score will be calculated up to 7 decimal places to avoid bunching effect and reduce ties.

The formula for MAH MBA CET Percentile Score calculation is:

100 x (No. of candidates in a session with raw score ≤  the candidate’s score)

Total number of candidates in the session

The MBA CET scores will be normalized for all the sessions to ensure that none of the candidate’s gets an advantage or disadvantage due to difference in difficulty levels of the question papers. The scores will be normalized on the scale of 100 to 0.

The second session of MAH MBA CET 2022, Day 3 is over. According to initial reports, the MAH CET question paper of second session was easy in terms of difficulty level. Section wise difficulty levels and analysis for both sessions will be shared after 6:30 PM.

There are a total of 200 questions in MAH MBA CET 2022 and to score 99+ percentile candidates must get about 160 to 170 correct attempts. Candidates must choose the questions carefully and solve them with 100 per cent accuracy to gain full marks.

In the VARC section of MAH MBA CET 2022 most of the questions are asked from Reading Comprehension. There are 6 RC passages having about 25+ questions. Fill in the Blanks, Word Replacement, Jumbled Paragraphs, Odd Sentence, Synonyms and Antonyms.

The Quantitative Aptitude section of MAH MBA CET 2022 include Speed-Distance, Averages, Ratio-Proportion, Time & Work, mixture & Alligations, Percentages, Simple and Compound Interest, Geometry, Algebra, Probability, Line Chart, Data Table. This section is dominated by Arithmetic.

In the Logical Reasoning and Abstract Reasoning sections of MAH MBA CET 2022, the questions are asked from Sequence Completion, Analogies, Odd-Man Out, Matrix Arrangement, Linear Arrangement, Directions, Coding, Number Series, Family Tree, Selection Criteria and Circular Arrangement. Both these sections have sets and standalone questions.

MAH MBA CET 2022, August 24, Session 2 has started at various examination centres in Maharashtra and other top cities. The exam will get over at 4:30. The MAH MBA CET 2022 analysis of session 1 and session 2 will be shared here after 6:30 PM.

MAH MBA CET 2022 session 2 of August 25 will begin at 2:00 PM. Candidate entry has begun at the exam centres. Last entry will be allowed until 1:30 PM after which the gates will be closed. Candidates will have to be seated at their computer systems and login by 1:50 PM.

MBA MBA CET 2022, August 25, Session 2 is the last session of this year's exam. After the exam has been conducted, the State CET cell will prepare results of the test takers. The date of MAH MBA CET 2022 result announcement is expected in a few days. The scorecards are likely to be available for download in the first week of September. 

Candidates allotted second session of Day 3 of MAH MBA CET 2022 will be allowed to enter the examination centre from 1:00 PM. Candidates will have to go through identification process wherein they will have to get their body temperature checked, admit card and photo ID checked.

MAH CET 2022 question paper for MBA/MMS on Day 3 also has 200 questions. The sectional break up is as follows:

• Logical Reasoning: 75+ questions
• Abstract Reasoning: Under 25 questions
• Quantitative Aptitude: 45-50 questions
• Verbal Ability: 50 questions

Like the MAH MBA CET 2022 question papers of day 1 and day 2 exam, the question paper of MAH CET MBA 2022 day 3, session 1 is also expected to be easy. The day 1 paper had easy LR, Quant and VARC sections were easy and AR was easy to moderate. The day 2 paper had easy QA and AR. LR and VARC sections were easy to moderate in terms of difficulty level.

The MAH MBA CET 2022 Day 3 session 1, commenced at designated examination centres smoothly. Candidates arrived at the centre on time. The identification process was completed without hassle and there have been no reports of technical glitches from any MAH CET test centre so far.

MAH MBA CET is an MCQ based exam wherein there is no negative marking.

• One mark for correct attempt in every section
• Zero mark for incorrect attempt and unattempted question
• Total marks is 200

MAH MBA CET 2022 exam pattern of Day 3 is same as Day 1 and Day 2. Questions will appear randomly from across the four sections. Check the exam pattern below:

• Candidates must follow physical distancing at the exam centre.
• Must wear a facemask at the test centre throughout the exam duration.
• If they have fever or COVID-19 like symptoms, they must not visit the exam centre.

Before entering the MAH CET test centre, candidates had to ensure they go through identification process and follow the guidelines. Some of the key instructions are:

• Carry two copies of MAH MBA CET 2022 admit card and an original copy of a photo ID such as Aadhaar card, Voter ID card, PAN card, Passport, Driving License, etc.
• Electronic items, bags and purses are not allowed inside the test centre.
• Stationary other than blue or black ball point pen is not allowed inside the test centre.
• Eatables are not allowed inside the exam centre. Candidates have to carry drinking water, though.

Today is Day 3 of Maharashtra CET or MAH CET for MBA/MMS. The first session of day 3 began from 9:00 AM at designated exam centres across Maharashtra and a few other big cities in India. The first session will end at 11:30 AM. Session 2, will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
