Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot informed that in order to provide quality education to the children, the government is planning to introduce Mahatma Gandhi English Medium Schools in urban and rural areas in the coming year.
While announcing Rajasthan Budget 2022, state chief minister Ashok Gehlot informed that in order to provide quality education to the children, the government is planning to introduce Mahatma Gandhi English Medium Schools in urban and rural areas in the coming year. In his latest tweet (in Hindi), the Chief Minister said, “Keeping in view the popularity of Mahatma Gandhi English Medium Schools and the demand of parents and students for admission in them, 1-1 thousand more Mahatma Gandhi English Medium Schools will be started in urban and rural areas in the coming year.”
Separate Cadre of English Medium Teachers under all Subjects.
The minister further talked about creating a separate cadre of English medium teachers under all subjects. Gehlot informed, “To ensure the quality of education in English medium, I announce to create a separate cadre of English medium teachers under all subjects. About 10 thousand English medium teachers will be recruited in these schools in the first phase.”
REET 2021 Level 2 exam in July 2022
Meanwhile, talking about the conduct of REET 2022, the minister informed that the exam will be conducted in the month of July. Earlier, the REET 2021 Level 2 exam was cancelled amid the alleged paper leak. A tweet posted by the minister regarding the conduct of REET states, “I propose to conduct the REET exam in July, 2022. No application fee will be charged from the old candidates for this examination to be held afresh and all the facilities given to the candidates at the time of REET examination will also be made available again.”
Meanwhile, the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) had released guidelines to conduct the upcoming RBSE Class 12 practical exam 2022. RBSE had also released the schedule for the RBSE Class 12 Practical Exam 2022. The ongoing practical exams for Class 12 are scheduled to conclude on February 28, 2022.
