The Film and Television Institute (FTII) has rolled out an online course on Writing for Television Fiction and Web Series. The duration of the course will be for 25 weeks, which will be directed by Vinod Ranganath. The last date to apply for the online course is till September 11, 2020. Candidates who are interested in the online course, can apply now as entry to the course is being done on the basis on scrutiny of applications and interview. The FTII brings out various online courses which students can take up that can not only expand their knowledge in the field of media but will also boost their Curriculum Vitae (CV).

The course director, Mr Vinod Ranganath, is a veteran in films, television and theatre domains. He has worked alongside renowned artists and has written over thousands of episodes for TV, written story and screenplay for various movies. Other than writing for TV, the Ranganath will share his experience and train students on how to write scripts, screenplays for TV fiction and web series. The course highlights are as follows:

Step 2: The candidate has to search and click on the FTII Fees Account.

Step 3: Select the online course ‘Writing for Television Fiction and Web Series’.

Step 4: Pay the course fees as the case may be.

Step 5: Once the payment has been made, take a print out of the receipt and save it.

Step 6: The instructions will be written on the official website of ‘SBI Bank Collect’.
