The IIMC Entrance Exam is expected to be conducted this year in offline mode! Take a look at the latest developments in the national-level entrance exam.
The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi, annually conducts the IIMC Entrance Exam in order to offer students admission to its Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) courses offered at its institutes and regional institutes. In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic being at large at the time and with major restrictions imposed due to the lockdown, the IIMC Entrance Exam was conducted in online mode i.e. students had to give the entrance exam online on from their homes. The 2020 IIMC Entrance Exam was conducted on behalf of the National Testing Agency (NTA), and the exam was a Remote Proctored Test (RPT).
However, with major national entrance exam such as JEE Main, NEET, DUET, JNUEE being conducted in offline mode, the IIMC Entrance Exam, which will also now be conducted by the NTA will be done in offline mode i.e. pen and paper test. The IIMC Entrance Exam earlier also used to be in offline mode, with the question paper consisting of MCQ and subjective type questions.
The official dates for the IIMC Entrance Exam 2021 have not yet been announced, however, candidates can refer to the tentative dates as mentioned below:
