Acharya Bangalore B-School (ABBS) recently hosted the KAIROS MEGA POOL DRIVE-2024, a one-day mega recruitment drive aimed at connecting top talent with leading companies across diverse industries. The event attracted graduates, postgraduates, and recent graduates from colleges throughout the region. The primary goal was to provide meaningful employment opportunities for job seekers, helping them launch their professional careers by connecting them with reputable companies offering exciting prospects across various sectors.

With over 350 candidates in attendance, the event saw a remarkable turnout, attracting participants from diverse academic backgrounds and institutions across the region. These included ABBS, AIMS, ASC Degree College, BMSIT, CMRU, Dayananda Sagar University, East West College, KLE Technological University, Koshys College, RV Institute of Management, SJB Institute, Shushruti College, and more.

With over 350 candidates in attendance, the event witnessed a remarkable turnout, drawing participants from various academic backgrounds and institutions across the region, including ABBS, AIMS, ASC Degree College, BMSIT, CMRU, Dayananda Sagar University, East West College, KLE Technological University, Koshys College, RV Institute of Management, SJB Institute, and Shushruti College, among others.

The event drew the participation of 19 prominent companies physically present, such as Nippon Paints, Outshiny, Eveready, Groww, PSS Sportstech Pvt Ltd, Muthoot Group, Seventh Sense, Promilo, K12 Techno Ltd, Intellipat, Bajaj Housing Finance, Quess Corp, Bajaj Allianz, Futureworld, AIBuddy, Supremology, Flobiz, Truce Titanium Taurus, and Nobrokerhood. Additionally, three companies, Krutanic, Ascent Online, and Finadvantage, joined virtually.

The KAIROS MEGA POOL DRIVE-2024 was a resounding success, with 125 candidates securing job offers from participating companies. Notable organizations offering lucrative packages included Intellipaat Software Solutions, leading with the highest package of 7.25 LPA, alongside NoBrokerhood and Krutanic, both presenting 6 LPA packages. Other prominent hirers encompassed Groww, Nippon Paints, Seventh Sense, Eveready, Quess Corp, and more. Additionally, several companies like Bajaj Housing Finance, Muthoot Finance Ltd, Titanium Taurus, and Future World are still in the process of finalizing their selections.

The event was planned and executed by the placement team at ABBS, led by Mr. Bijoy Das, Head of Corporate Relations and Placements, and Mr. Vignesh V., Assistant Manager.
