7. Submit the application in person or by post at the CDE Headquarters or Study Centre
8. Submit application fee online through SBI/Andhra Bank without any DD charges. Credit the amount to CDE-SBI: 20026214420/Andhra Bank: 150810011050058 or through SBI collect
