Steps to Download ATMA Exam Admit Card 2024

Check the steps below to know how to download the ATMA 2024 admit card for the May session:

  • Go to the official website of ATMA AIMS
  • Click on the candidate login tab on the home page
  • First, select the day of the exam
  • Enter the PID number and password

  • Take a coloured print out of the admit card and save it for future.

ATMA Exam Day Guidelines

Students must follow the below-mentioned ATMA exam day guidelines:

  • ATMA exam will be conducted in the centre-based test mode, hence the students have to visit the allotted exam centre to take the exam.
  • Candidates must not forget the coloured printout of the ATMA admit card with a recent passport-size photograph affixed to it
  • The reporting time at the exam centre is 1 PM. Students must adhere to the timings mentioned on the ATMA admit card as the exam will begin at 2 PM.
  • Candidates must not carry any electronic gadgets, such as phones, tabs, watches, laptops, calculators, etc.
  • Candidates should also carry a government-issued ID proof such as a Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.
  • Candidates must not indulge in any unfair means, otherwise, they will be barred from taking the exam.

Q:   Who is eligible to download ATMA admit card?

A:

The ATMA admit card will be available online on the official website. Students who have successfully submitted the ATMA application form before the deadline can download their ATMA admit cards. But, if the candidate has not paid the ATMA application fee, then they will not be eligible to download the ATMA admit card. Hence, the candidate must have completed the entire ATMA application process in order to download the ATMA admit card. Candidates should ensure that they upload clear documents in the prescribed format. 

The candidates must note, that the ATMA admit card will have correct details only if they have filled the application form with correct and true information. If there is a discrepancy in the admit card, students should immediately contact the examination authorities. 

Q:   When will AIMS release the ATMA admit card?

A:

ATMA admit cards are usually released three days before the exam day. ATMA December 2024 admit card will be released on December 18, 2024. The admit card will be available online. 

The February session ATMA 2025 admit card will likely be released in the second week of February 2025, and the exam will be conducted in the third week of February 2025. The students will be able to download the ATMA admit card using their PID number and password from the official website of ATMA AIMS.

Q:   Can the test centre be changed after the release of ATMA admit card?

A:
No, there is no provision of changing the test centre after the ATMA admit card has been released. In fact, there is no option to change the test centre allotted at any point of time during the entire exam cycle. There is no window for form correction too where the candidates could have changed the test centre. Thus, it is very important to select test cities very carefully in the ATMA application form. They must choose their first city preference as home town or the city where they are likely to be on the exam day or choose a city which is the closest to their hometown and they can reach there on time on the exam day. Also, to be allotted the desired test city, candidates must fill the ATMA application for at the earliest, as the exam slot and test centres are allotted on first cum first served basis. If the seats get filled in the first city preference, candidates are allotted a centre in the second city according to their preference. The students must check the location of their allotted centre much in advance and make arrangements for reaching there on exam day on time.

Q:   Can I show digital copy of ATMA admit card to gain entry at the ATMA test centre?

A:
No, candidates have to carry a coloured printout of the ATMA admit card to the ATMA exam centre to get an entry. ATMA admit card is a mandatory document which is to be carried to the exam centre along with a recent coloured passport size photograph affixed to it. The photograph should match the one uploaded in the ATMA application form. ATMA admit card is a mandatory document which is to be carried to the exam centre and candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre without the admit card. Along with the admit card candidates should carry the following items: 1. Original Photo ID proof issued by the Government of India - Original Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Voters Card/Permanent Driving License Ration Card and Learners Driving License are not accepted as valid ID proof 2. One clear black and white photocopy of ID proof 3. Two clear black and white copies of the ATMA admit card along with one original recent passport-size photo affixed on each of them 4. One black and white copy of the Registration form 5. Self-Declaration form 6. In the case of married candidates who have changed their name, the Original Gazette notification/their original marriage Certificate and/or an affidavit is required as a proof at the exam hall.

Q:   What if I forget my password while downloading ATMA admit card?

A:
To login into the ATMA candidate portal, candidates will require their OID number and password. In case the candidates forget their password or PID number, they can follow the steps mentioned below to know how to retrieve the same. 1. Visit the official website of ATMA AIMS. 2. Click on the candidate portal tab 3. Now, click on the Forgot password button. 4. Select the exam date 5. Select the credential that you wish to retrieve. 6. Enter the date of birth (as mentioned in the application form), registered mobile number and registered email ID which were used at the time of ATMA registration. 7. Candidates now need to enter the captcha code and click on the Find PID and Password button. Candidates will receive a reset link on their registered email Id and mobile number. Click on the reset link and the candidates will be redirected to a new webpage where they can set a new password.
