CMAT 2022 registration cum application process is underway. Candidates, who wish to appear for this national level MBA entrance exam, can apply online at the NTA website. To apply for CMAT 2022 candidates need to create an account at the CMAT official website and pay the requisite application fees.
CMAT 2022 application process started on February 16 and the last date to apply is March 17. The exam date is still to be announced, but NTA has declared that the exam will be held in two shifts at various test centres across India. Last year, CMAT was conducted in more than 150 cities. However, this year, the exam will be conducted in 124 cities. Candidates have the choice of selecting four cities in the CMAT application form for allotment of exam centre.
How to Select Test City in CMAT 2022 Application Form
While filling the CMAT 2022 application form at https://cmat.nta.nic.in/, candidates will have to select test cities. On the page indicating selection of test cities candidates must keep the following in mind
- Select state and city from 1-4 in order of preference.
- Test city selected in the first window will be your first preference.
- The NTA will strive to allot a test centre to all candidates in the first city of preference.
- Candidates should preferable select they city they are residing in as first preference.
- The second preference could be the city where they can reach and arrange for stay on the exam day.
- NTA reserves the right to cancel or change an exam centre due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a scenario. candidates will be allotted a test centre in their next preferred city.
- CMAT test city option is non-editable after submission of the application form.
