CMAT 2025 (Shift 1 & 2) Live Updates; Answer Key, Question Paper Analysis (OUT), Expected Cut offs

After the announcement of CMAT 2025 result, candidates will have to apply to MBA colleges whose minimum cut offs, match their CMAT score 2025. Selection process will include PI and GD which will be conducted by colleges individually.

CMAT 2025 result announcement date will be shared by the NTA a few days after closure of answer key objection window.

The provisional CMAT 2025 answer key and response sheet will be released online at the CMAT-NTA website. Candidates will be able to download it through login.

CMAT 2025 answer key release date has not been announced by the NTA. Candidates can expect the provisional CMAT answer key 2025 anytime in the coming week.

CMAT 2025 shift 2 was also easy to moderate. There was no change in the test paper pattern or structure form shift 1.

The second shift of CMAT 2025 exam is over. Candidates have started to come out of the test centre. We will share CMAT 2025 shift 2 analysis soon.

CMAT 2025 shift 2 will ebd at 6:00 pm. With the conclusion of shift 2, the NTA will have conducted the CMAT exam without delays and postponement. Now, the provisional answer key will be awaited. 

The CMAT 2025 question paper will be released along with the provisional answer key in the next week. It will be available at the NTA-CMAT website through login.

The second shift of CMAT 2025 exam has started. This shift will have the same time duration as shift 1 and will end at 6 pm.

CMAT Percentile is basically relative performance of the test takers across exam sessions. Marks obtained by each candidate are transformed into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees to determine a candidate’s performance in comparison to all the rest of the candidates.

CMAT Normalization process is comparison of performance of the candidates across multi-session papers. For CMAT normalization across the two shifts, NTA shall use the percentile equivalence.

CMAT 2025 Shift 2 exam reporting time in 1 pm to 2:30 pm. Candidates have started to reach their test centre for second shift.  

Students who appeared for CMAT 2025 shift 1 said that the exam was easy to moderate. GK was very easy.

Candidates who are appearing for the CMAT 2025 exam have to report to their respective test centre from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.

CMAT 2025 shift 1 is over. Candidates have started exiting the examination centre. Shift 1 analysis by students will be shared here soon.

CMAT 2025 shift 1 exam will be ending at 12:00 pm. The next session will start at 3:00 pm.

CMAT 2025 answer key of first shift will be released by coaching institutes by today evening. The official CMAT answer key 2025 will be released by NTA next week.

The CMAT exam is usually of moderate difficulty. The CMAT 2025 shift 1 is also expected to be moderate.

The CMAT 2025 question paper structure will be as tabulated below:

CMAT is a pan-India test. The scores are accepted by all AICTE approves institutes (government as well as private). About 70,000 candidates are expected to appear in the exam today.

CMAT 2025 shift 1 has started at over 300 centres in across India. The exam will be held from 9 am to 12 pm. Analysis of first shift exam will be available after it gets over.

Candidates can carry only the following items:

• Personal transparent water bottle
• A simple transparent ball point pen

CMAT Dos

• Paste a passport size photograph, put a clear thumb impression in the admit card.
• Reach test centre as per the reporting time.
• Wait for instructions from Invigilator to start and end the test.
• Do not leave your seat until told to.
• Leave the rough sheet in the drop box.

CMAT Don’ts

• Don’t carry mobile phones, earphones, watch, Bluetooth device or any electronic item.
• Don’t carry bags and valuables. There is no provision of bag deposit at the test centre.
• Candidates must not wear shoes/footwear with thick soles and garments with large buttons.
• Candidates must not cheat or indulge in unfair means to appear in CMAT 2025.

Candidates have to carry the following documents to the CMAT exam centre 2025:

• CMAT 2025 admit cardin A4 size sheet
• 2 additional passport size photographs
• Original copy of a photo identity card such as
  • PAN card
  • Driving Licence

NTA is conducting CMAT 2025 exam today. The exam will be conducted in 2 shifts. First shift starts from 9 am. Candidates appearing in the first shift have reached their respective exam centres.

There is no minimum passing marks in CMAT. However, CMAT accepting colleges have minimum cut off criteria. In top colleges it is 90+ percentile, whereas in tier 2, tier 3 colleges it could range between 50-80 percentile.

There is negative marking of -1 marks in CMAT. Thus, candidates must not do guess work. They should attempt a question only if they are sure of its answer.

There is no sectional time limit in CMAT 2025. Candidates can utilize 180 minutes to solve questions as per their strengths and weaknesses. They can choose to attempt questions in any order.

CMAT 2025 exam will be held in two shifts. First shift will be held from 9 am to 12 pm and second shift will be held from 3 pm to 6 pm.

Candidates have to take the CMAT 2025 exam as the test centre allotted to them only. They cannot appear for the exam at any other test centre. Thus, they must start for their test centre much earlier.

Candidates have to carry 2 copies of their passport size photo, preferably the same as uploaded in the CMAT 2025 application form.

• Application number and date of birth
• Gender, category
• Father’s name
• Candidate’s photo and signature
• Exam date and timings
• Reporting time

The difficulty level of CMAT 2025 is expected to be moderate. The questions would be straightforward and mostly doable, apart from a few question in QA or LR.

Candidates who have still not downloaded their CMAT admit card 2025 must do so now. To download the CMAT 2025 admit card, candidates need application ID and date of birth.

CMAT 2025 question paper will have multiple choice questions with 5 options to choose the correct answer from. Candidates will have to use computer mouse to key in their answers.

CMAT exam duration is 180 minutes. There will be no sectional time limit. PwD candidates will get 20 minute extra per section to complete the test.

Reporting time for candidates are:

Shift 1: 7:00 am to 8:30 am

Shift 2: 1:00pm to 2:30 pm
