IIFT 2015 results are out. IIFT exam is the entrance test for Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.

“SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR ESSAY WRITING, GD/PI FOR MBA (IB) 2016-18,” states the notice on the official website of IIFT.

Various candidates are currently unable to check their results on the official website.

According to the PDF document uploaded by IIFT, 1508 candidates have been shortlisted for stage of the MBA admissions at Delhi and Kolkata campuses.

Scorecards are not yet available for download.

Last year 1411 students were shortlisted for round two of admission.


Shortlisted candidates will now have to appear for second round of MBA admissions which include: written essay test, group discussion and personal interview. These rounds are likely to be conducted January and February 2016, in the cities of Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai.  

This year, IIFT 2016 written entrance exam was held on Sunday, November 22, 2015.

“A genuine roller coaster ride: Three years, three papers. Cutoff for IIFT’14 was around 48.3. Cutoff for IIFT’15 was a little less than 38.5. Cutoff for IIFT’16 seems to be around 50. IIFT 2016 was an easy paper wherein speed and selection will be the decider,” says Parasharan Chari, COO at Endeavour Careers in the analysis.

 

The IIFT exam pattern has the following sections:

  • English Comprehension

  • General Knowledge & Awareness

  • Logical Reasoning

  • Quantitative Analysis
