IIFT 2022 analysis is available now. The exam was held today from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at various exam centres. According to early analysis of IIFT 2022 exam was of moderate difficulty level. There were about 110 questions divided among VARC, DILR, Quantitative Ability and GK. Section-wise, the VARC and DILR were moderately difficult, where as Quantitative Aptitude section was slightly tougher than DILR. GK section was the toughest of all. IIFT 2022 Analysis: Section-Wise
The IIFT 2022 analysis of the paper suggests that the exam was on the same lines as last year. There were 110 questions with variable distribution among VARC, DILR, QA and GK. Overall, the IIFT 2022 exam was moderate. Section-wise, the difficulty level of VARC section was easy to moderate but the section was time consuming due to lengthy RC passages. IIFT 2022 Analysis: VARC
There were 35 questions in this section of IIFT 2022 exam. Unlike CAT 2021, IIFT paper had more VA –bases questions (19) than RC-based questions (16). There were four RC passages have three and five set of questions. Only one passage was lengthy and could be skipped if one focused on solving 13-14 questions from other passages. Most of these questions were factual where as only four to five were inference based but easy to solve. In VA part, out of 19 questions, 12-13 were easy.
According to IIFT 2022 exam analysis, 23-25 of the total questions can be considered good attempts. The sectional cut off is expected to be around 30 marks.

IIFT 2022 Analysis: DILR
This section of IIFT 2022 had a total of seven sets – four on Data Interpretation and three on Logical Reasoning. The level of difficulty can be considered moderate but the sets were easier than last year.
Two DI sets on Pie Chart and Bar graph were sitters, where as one was moderate. The DI part had 16 questions out of which, 11-13 were doable. In the LR section, there were 15 questions out of which, 10 were doable.
Out of 30 questions, an overall attempt of 18-20 questions can be considered good attempt. According to the IIFT 2022 analysis, expected cut off in this section will be 18 plus marks.

IIFT 2022 Analysis: Quantitative Aptitude
The Quantitative Aptitude section of IIFT 2022 can be considered toughest of the lot as it was lengthy. There were a total of 25 questions dominated by Arithmetic. According to the IIFT 2022 analysis, if a student spend around 25 minutes on this section, then around 10-12 questions with an 85 per cent accuracy was possible, and with 35 minutes 15-16 questions were possible with similar accuracy.
About 15-16 questions can be considered good attempts in this section of IIFT exam 2022. Expected cut off is 12 plus marks.

IIFT 2022 Analysis: General Knowledge
In the General Knowledge section of IIFT 2022, there were more questions from Static GK than Current Affairs. The difficulty level was moderate and out of 20 questions 12 - 13 can be considered a good attempt. The sectional cut off is expected to be above six marks.
