IIFT 2023 exam will be held on December 18 from 10 AM to 12 PM at various test centre across India. The IIFT 2023 admit card has been released and along with that exam related guidelines have been notified for candidates. These IIFT exam related guidelines are mentioned on the IIFT admit card and the test takers must read all the points carefully before the exam day.
The IIFT entrance exam will be conducted with COVID-19 protocols. The COVID-19 undertaking is attached with the IIFT 2023 admit card that candidates need to fill before visiting the examination centre. To follow COVID-19 guidelines, different reporting time has been allotted to each candidate they must reach the IIFT test centre as per the reporting time mentioned in in their hall tickets for smooth entry.
IIFT 2023 Exam Day Important Guidelines
Here are the few most important guidelines that candidates must know and follow on the IIFT exam day 2023.
- All candidates must download the IIFT 2023 admit card and take two colour print outs of the same.
- Before reaching the Centre, candidates must enter required details in the Self Declaration (Undertaking) in legible handwriting, paste the Photograph and put left hand thumb impression at the appropriate place on the IIFT admit card 2023.
- The digital or scanned copy of the admit card, photo ID or any certificate will not be accepted as a valid document. Thus, candidates need to carry hard copies of all the required documents.
- Candidates must verify the location of the IIFT 2023 test venue, a day in advance, so that they do not face any problem on the day of the test.
- PwBD candidate must bring a PwBD certificate issued by the Competent Authority if claiming relaxation under the PwBD category.
- The Scribe provided by the NTA must also carry the Educational Self Declaration (Undertaking), passport size photograph, photo ID, and COVID-19 (Self Declaration).
- Candidates for whom it is religion/customs requirement you to wear a specific attire, they must visit the test centre early for thorough checking and mandatory frisking.
- No candidate shall be permitted to enter after the Gate Closing Time.
- No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Room/ Hall before the end of the examination.
- Candidates must not carry any personal belongings including electronic devices, mobile phone to the test centre as there is no provision for depositing bags.
- Candidate should not wear shoes/footwear with thick soles and garments with large buttons on the exam day.
Valid Photo ID Proof to Carry on IIFT Exam Day 2023
Candidates must carry any one of the following photo ID proof in original along with the admit card on the exam day:
- PAN card
- Driving Licence
- Voter ID
- Passport
- Aadhaar Card (With photograph)
- E-Aadhaar
- Ration Card
- Aadhaar Enrolment No. with Photo
Things to Carry on IIFT 2023 Exam Day
Candidates will be permitted to carry only the following items with them into the test venue:
- Personal transparent water bottle
- Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)
- A simple transparent ballpoint pen
- IIFT 2023 admit card along with self-declaration (Undertaking) (a clear printout on A4 size paper duly filled in)
- Original valid ID proof
- A passport size photograph for affixing on the Attendance Sheet.
- Mask and gloves
IIFT 2023 Documents Related Instructions
- Blank paper sheets for rough work will be provided in the test lab. Candidates must write their name and roll number at the top of each of the sheet(s) and must drop the sheet/s in the designated drop box before leaving the test lab. Failure to do so may result in non-evaluation of your answers.
- The signed copy of IIFT 2023 admit card must be dropped in the designated drop box placed inside the test lab. Failure to do so may result in non-evaluation of your answers.
- On completion of the test, candidates must wait for instructions from Invigilator and stay seat until asked to get up. Candidates will be permitted to exit the test lab, one at a time only.
