IIM Jammu launches MDP with Field-Based Experiential Learning Activities

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu is revolutionizing leadership training with its newly launched Management Development Programme (MDP), which includes field-based experiential learning activities aimed at enhancing critical business and leadership skills. The programme integrates a trekking expedition in the lower Himalayas to help participants hone their leadership abilities, team-building techniques, and conflict-resolution skills.

The field activities are designed to provide hands-on learning experiences in empowering leadership, sustainability, good governance, negotiation skills, intrapreneurship, strategic thinking, communication for leadership, and digital transformation.
