In a testament to their commitment to executive education and fostering industry-ready talent, the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur (IIM Kashipur) recently welcomed its third cohort of Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Analytics. The inauguration marked the beginning of a transformative journey for a select group of professionals representing diverse backgrounds and geographies.

Diverse Cohort
A notable aspect of this year's intake is the diversity within the cohort, with participants hailing from 15 states and spanning over 20 sectors. Notably, 30% of the candidates are women, reflecting a concerted effort towards gender inclusivity in the field of analytics.
Rigorous Selection Process
The rigorous selection process ensured the admission of candidates with exemplary qualifications and potential, with a significant proportion boasting over five years of professional experience. These professionals bring with them expertise from a wide array of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, IT, legal, education, biotechnology, energy, BFSI, fashion, and government relations, among others.
Welcoming the new cohort, key figures including Professor Somnath Chakraborty, Dean of Academic, and Anish Srikrishna, emphasized the program's role in equipping mid-career professionals with essential skills tailored for leadership roles in a data-driven economy.
Throughout the two-year hybrid program, participants will undergo comprehensive training in emerging domains such as Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. The curriculum, spanning 900 hours of learning, includes six on-campus modules conducted over 25 days per term, complemented by TimesPro's Interactive Learning (IL) platform delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode.
