Indian Institute of Management Lucknow successfully concluded its summer placement process for the 2024-2026 batch, securing a total of 576 offers for students from its 40th batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 21st batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM).
The placements recorded impressive figures, with the average stipend reaching ₹1.43 lakhs per month, and the median stipend at ₹1.50 lakhs per month. The highest domestic stipend offered was ₹3.95 lakhs per month, while international offers peaked at ₹1.75 lakhs per month, underscoring the global recognition of IIM Lucknow and the strong demand for its graduates in both domestic and international markets.

The 2024-2026 batch at IIM Lucknow is a diverse mix, comprising 234 freshers and 342 students with significant prior work experience across multiple industries. This blend of fresh talent and experienced professionals facilitated student placements in various sectors, including Consulting, Finance, General Management, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Retail, and E-Commerce.
New recruiters featured prominently in this year’s placement process, with companies such as Arcesium, Barclays, Bank of New York Mellon, eBay, Essar, GMR Group, Navneet, NIIF, Paytm Money, PepsiCo Agro, Saint Gobain, Sprinklr, Tata Consumer Products, Tesco, and Virtusa offering a range of domestic and international roles.
