The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow commenced its annual induction program to welcome the 40th batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP), the 21st batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM), the 10th batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Sustainable Management (PGP-SM), and the 25th batch of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs. During his address, Munish Sharda emphasized on six foundational principles of leadership aimed at shaping the students' journey at IIM Lucknow. Professor Archana Shukla, Director of IIM Lucknow, welcomed the new cohort by highlighting the institution's legacy of 40 years and its commitment to nurturing individual potential.
