IMT Admissions 2021: The Institute of Management Technology (IMT) commenced the admission process for its two-year post-graduate management diploma for the 2021-23 batch. Interested candidates can now apply by filling the online common application form for IMT Ghaziabad, IMT Nagpur and IMT Hyderabad campuses. Considering the ongoing pandemic situation, the application process is being conducted online only. In order to validate their application, the candidates are required to submit a requisite amount of application fees of Rs 2,000. However, it is advisable for the candidates to go through the eligibility criteria first before applying. A common admission process will be followed by IMT and the candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their CAT 2020/ XAT 2021/ CMAT 2021/ GMAT scores.

IMT online admission process 2021

The IMT common admissions process 2021 will take place via virtual mode. Before the commencement of the admission process, all shortlisted candidates will be sent across a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document in February 2021. The instruction will include important points regarding the IMT online admission process along with the do’s, don’ts and frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding the same.

All selected candidates will also receive a profile detail form which they would be required to fill by the end of January 2021. Details regarding educational background, work experience, etc. would be asked in the profile detail form. Along with this, the candidates would also be required to submit a ‘statement of purpose’ of 300-word.

IMT Admissions 2021: Things to remember

All shortlisted candidates would be asked to upload a 1-minute introduction video talking about themselves, their background and their career aspirations. IMT will provide a set format in which the candidates would be required to prepare and video. The details of the video upload (portal, size, format, etc.) will be shared with selected candidates in the SOP document mentioned above.

An online interview process with 2-3 panelists will also be conducted for all the shortlisted candidates. According to the official reports, the interview will be 15 to 20 minutes long and details regarding the same will be present in the SOP document mentioned above.
