Comprehensive Learning Experience

Scheduled to commence in mid-2025, the PGP YL aims to provide an immersive learning environment through a cutting-edge curriculum designed to meet the challenges of the rapidly changing business landscape. This research-backed curriculum will blend foundational business principles with advanced topics in technology, data, and analytics, equipping students with the skills needed to become innovative problem solvers.

To address the limited work experience of students, the PGP YL curriculum incorporates significant experiential learning components, including a Business Design Lab and an Innovation Lab. Additionally, a mandatory two-month summer internship will provide students with practical exposure to diverse business environments.

Students enrolled in the PGP YL will benefit from the expertise of ISB’s renowned faculty, as well as guest lecturers from top international business schools. This diverse teaching approach aims to enrich the classroom experience and enhance students’ learning outcomes.

Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean of ISB, emphasized the program’s relevance to current market needs. Admissions Process and Requirements

Prospective students interested in the PGP YL program will need to submit a valid GMAT, GRE, or CAT score, along with their educational qualifications and any work experience details. The admissions process will involve personal interviews based on academic excellence, application essays, and test performance. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by a panel comprising industry practitioners, academicians, and ISB alumni in senior roles.

Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) at ISB is a globally top-ranked one-year residential management course. The PGP is comparable in rigour and content to a regular two-year full-time MBA course offered by global business schools. Graduates with a valid score in GMAT/ GRE can apply for the PGP course at ISB Hyderabad. There are two other modes of admission as well which include Early Entry Option (EEO) and Young Leaders Programme (YLP). Meant for professionals with an experience between 2-25 years, completing the course will award PGP certificate to the students which is neither a degree nor a diploma. This is because only universities can award a degree in India. Candidates who have qualified GMAT can also provide their score along with the application. The programme fee for the 2025-27 academic year is set at INR 21,65,000 plus GST, with an accommodation fee of INR 3,95,000. In a bid to support diverse talent, ISB will award scholarships to 40-50% of the class based on merit and merit-cum-need criteria. Merit scholarships may offer up to a 100% tuition waiver for deserving candidates, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder access to quality education.
