The program begins with a 21-hour online course developed by ISPP, laying a robust groundwork in public policy essentials. This component ensures all trainees acquire a foundational understanding before proceeding to practical training.

Hands-on Training at BIPARD, Gaya

Following the online module, trainees undergo immersive hands-on training at BIPARD, Gaya. Here, they delve deep into critical areas such as public policy, infrastructure development, public-private partnerships, urbanization, agriculture, rural development, and climate readiness.
