Karnataka PGCET Final Counselling 2024 Awaited to Start Soon; Check Complete Details

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has released the schedule for the Karnataka PGCET 2024 final counselling. The seat matrix was scheduled to be released today, December 12, 2024. Additionally, KEA was to start the fresh option entry from 11 AM, today. However, due to the demise of the former Karnataka CM, SM Krishna, the last date to report at the colleges allotted in the second counselling round was extended until December 12. 

Candidates can expect KEA to commence the events for the final counselling round from December 13.

As per the notified schedule, fresh option entry was to remain active until December 14, 2024, and the seat allotment results to be declared on December 16, 2024.

As per the official notification for Karnataka PGCET final counselling, the seat allotment will be based on the seats that remain unfilled after the second round counselling, surrendered seats, and any newly added seats. PGCET final counselling round is administered for the candidates who have not been allotted a seat in the earlier rounds.

The notice informed candidates to surrender seats from previous rounds of counselling by December 11. Such candidates got the refund of the fees after deducting INR 5,000.
