Save Max Global Education and Lamrin Tech Skill University Punjab signs an MoU for professional courses in the real estate field
Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab has joined hands with leading global educators Save Max Global Education to introduce the sui generis of real estate specialized professional courses. The MoU represents a commitment to provide a platform MBA and PG-Diploma programs in real estate.
MBA program with a specialization in Real Estate (2 years) with 60 seats and Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate (1 year) with 120 seats.
Talking about the collaboration, Raman Dua, Group Founder & CEO Save Max Group said, “We aim to scale job opportunities for the upcoming generations in the real estate industry. We would like to impart our valuable experience and knowledge in the real estate field and encourage the students to step into the real estate industry, the second-highest employment generator in India, through professional courses designed to cater for the industry's needs. It will allow students in India to develop expertise in the real estate sector which is likely to expand with the inclusion of new-age technologies like AI, ML, AR, VR, Metaverse, etc. Some research suggests that the real estate industry will be employing nearly 80 million people by the end of 2023. Given that it is best for the students to enroll themselves and become an expert in an industry which will have immense job opportunities.”
Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, Chancellor of Lamrin Tech Skill University (LTSU) Punjab, highlighted the need for market-based and job-oriented professional courses in the technologically evolved world. “We are proud to initiate this first-of-its-kind professional course for students interested in developing their careers in the real estate industry. We understand the need of the hour and the importance of upskilling the future generation following the demand of modern times. LTSU has collaborated with the National Skill Development Council, the University of Cambridge-UK, and ITE Education Services-Singapore for supporting the skilling ecosystem in the Country he added.
The professional courses offered by LTSU Punjab in partnership with Save Max Global Education include an MBA program with a specialization in Real Estate (2 years) with 60 seats and Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate (1 year) with 120 seats.
In PG Diploma in Real Estate, there will be an eligibility criterion of holding a graduation degree (Any stream) and will be shortlisted on the basis of performance ad merit. For MBA in Real Estate, the candidates will be shortlisted through an entrance level test, followed by GD and Interview. Holding a graduation degree in any stream will be a must for the same.
