LBSIM Placements 2021: Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi (LBSIM) successfully concluded its placement drive for the batch of 2019- 21 for the PGDM programme. Despite the ongoing pandemic situation adversely affecting the industry, LBSIM placement 2021 witnessed over 290 offers from over 80 companies. Offers received by LBSIM students came from all major domains such as finance, sales and marketing, general management, HR, and operations alongside the new addition of many recruiters. LBSIM final placements 2021 concluded with a 100% recruitment record with the highest package of Rs 32 Lakh per annum and the average package being Rs 9.2 lakh per annum.

LBSIM Placements 2021 saw a 20% increase in PPO/PPI offers from esteemed companies such as Marico, Marsh India and Microsoft. A total of 280 students sat for the placement drive and almost 80 companies made a total of 290 offers. The top recruiters that participated in LBSIM placement 2021-22 were EY, Marico, Asian paints, Deloitte, New Gen Software, Marsh, Wipro and Tech Mahindra. LBSIM placement season 2021 also witnessed around a 40% rise in first-time recruiters. Companies making the first time offers to include top MNCs such as Microsoft, Capgemini, Barclays, Razorpay, PayU Money, HCL Technologies, ClassPlus, LT Foods, Blackstone, Hindware.

LBSIM Summer Internships 2021

Meanwhile, the institute also completed its LBSIM Summer Internships 2021. Over 60 companies participated for the summer internship process on a pan-India basis for the batch 2020-22. This internship season witnessed first-time associations with marquee organizations such as Google, Fidelity Investments, Weikfield Foods, Ford, Jaquar and Co., and many more. The highest monthly stipend offered stood at Rs 96,500 and the average monthly pay offered was at Rs19,500.
