The MAH MBA CET 2022 exam of August 23 was overall easy. There was no critical reasoning. There were problems in LR question of Linear Arrangement sets. The problem was that the questions were presented randomly.

MAH MBA CET 2022 answer keys are not released by Maharashtra CET cell for any of the sessions. Coaching institutes release unofficial answer keys and solutions for the exam after it gets over. The unofficial MAH CET answer keys will be released soon for day 1 sessions.

The second session of MAH MBA CET 2022, Day 1 is over. According to initial reports, the question paper of second session was also moderate in terms of difficulty level. Section wise difficulty levels and analysis for both sessions will be shared by 6:30 PM.

To calculate the Percentile Score, the marks obtained by every candidates are transformed into a scale ranging from 100 to 0.

The method applied is Equipercentile Method. The percentile score will be calculated up to 7 decimal places to avoid bunching effect and reduce ties.

According to a notice released by Maharashtra CET today, the MBA CET scores will be normalized for all the sessions to ensure that none of the candidate’s gets an advantage or disadvantage due to varied difficulty levels of the question papers.

The formula for Percentile score calculation is:

100 x (No. of candidates in a session with raw score ≤  the candidate’s score)

Total number of candidates in the session

The second session of day 1 MAH MBA CET 2022 has started at the designated examination centres. Number of candidates who appeared for session 1 and 2 will be released by Maharashtra CET after August 25. The second session will end at 4:30 PM.

Entry to the examination centre has been closed for the second shift exam. Candidates who have been allotted second sessionof MAH MBA CET 2022 have to now be seated at their computer systems. They will be allowed to login at 1:50 PM. The session 2 of MAH MBA CET 2022 will start at 2:00 PM.

Entry of students at the MAH CET exam centres for session 2 of Day 1 has started. Candidates are being allowed to enter the test centra after their identification process and COVID-19 protocols. Student entry is allowed latest by 1:30 PM.

As per previous years analysis of MAH CET papers, here’s an overview of number of good attempts in a moderately tough MBA CET.

The question paper of August 23, session 1 MAH MBA CET 2022 was on the same lines at last year. There were arounf 75 questions on Logical Reasoning and 25 in Analytical Reasoning. In Quants, there were around 55 questions and in Verbal Ability there were around 45 questions. 

The first session of MAH CET 2022 exam got over at 11:30. As per the intial reviews from students the overall difficulty level of the MBA/MMS paper was moderate. The difficulty level of MAH MBA CET 2022 question paper of session 1 of August 23 exam is expected to be moderate. Check below expected sectional difficully levels:

MAH CET 2022 question paper for MBA/MMS has a total of 200 questions. The sectional break up is as follows:

• Logical Reasoning: 75 questions
• Abstract Reasoning: 25 questions
• Quantitative Aptitude: 50 questions
• Verbal Ability: 50 questions

The question paper of MAH CET MBA 2022 is expected to be moderate to tough. The Logical Reasoning questions of MBA CET are usually lengthy, whereas Quants and Verbal questions are tough. However, unlike CAT, the RC passages are not lengthy and dense. So, it is comparatively easier for candidates to handle the Verbal section of MAH MBA CET.

The MAH MBA CET 2022 commenced at designated examination centres smoothly. Candidates arrived at the centre on time. The identification process was completed without hassle and so far there have been  no reports of technical glitches from any MAH CET test centre.

MAH CET is one of the few MBA entrance exams which does not have negative marking:

• One mark for correct attempt
• Zero mark for incorrect attempt and unattempted question
• No negative marking

MAH MBA CET 2022 exam is being conducted in online mode. Candidates have to login with their application credentials in the designated computer system to take the exam. Check the exam pattern below:
