Our innovative pedagogy emphasizes applied learning and real-world industry projects, enhancing critical thinking, analysis, and professionalism. Q: Some major skills MBA ESG look for in candidates while enrolling.
A: In MBA ESG, we seek a few skills and qualities as part of admission to the programme that are crucial for the candidate to have. The most important one would be attitude. We look for individuals with a 'can-do' attitude—people who sound positive and proactive, ready to take on any challenge. A candidate should be able to communicate well, eloquently, and concisely and work in teams. Another very important factor would be that he needs to have a passion for that chosen field. Be it sports management, luxury & fashion, or technology, it is quite important that a candidate be deeply interested and passionate about the subject area to really succeed in our programs. These qualities help to ensure that the kind of student admitted to our institution is not only able to excel academically but also be successful in his professional life.

A: The admission process for MBA ESG has undergone a revision. We now have an online entrance exam that is our first filter of a candidate's academic prowess. This is followed by an essay writing test to ascertain their writing and comprehension abilities. Candidates are also required to present on a topic and must be able to prove their communication skills, that is, to put across an idea clearly and persuasively. This is followed by a personal interview, which helps us get to know the candidates as individuals and if they will fit our programmes.
Such steps will help us ensure the selection of students who have not only the academic capability but also the attitude and passion that are aligned with our values. We believe a comprehensive admission process will help us to build an environment for dynamic learning—a differentiator in the academic scenario today.
Q: How do the management institute make students placement ready?
A: At MBA ESG, we focus on holistic development to make students placement-ready by the time they graduate. One of the most important strategies for this is to build closer ties with emerging industries. In that scenario, we are able to respond to the changing trends in the industry and make sure that students are equipped with all those abilities and knowledge that the employers seek.
We also continue to enrich our syllabus with industry-driven job matching tools. In this way, the curriculum remains relevant, consistent, and focused on the present needs of the job market. All our programmes are designed with robustness and relevance to industry in mind, providing students with practical experience through internships and projects as part of their course work.
Right from day one, we do not confine ourselves only to teaching; instead, we train students in their respective domains of interest. We guide them in pursuing internships that are closely related to their career aspirations and further prepare them for the same with pre-placement training. Upon graduation, this holistic grooming enables our students to comfortably fit into the company of their choice.
Our strong industry relations are a big advantage for our students. We leverage these connections to facilitate better internships, industry visits, and guest lectures from industry experts. Such continuous interaction with the industry not only enhances the learning experience in terms of content, but also thoroughly prepares our students to meet the expectations of their future employers.
