SNAP 2024 Test 1 is all set to be held on December 8, 2024 at various test centres in 80 cities across India. Those who have registered for SNAP Test 1 must prepare for the exam day now. This year, SNAP exam is being held in 2 slots for all sessions. Candidates have to appear for the test in the test slot mentioned on SNAP 2024 admit card. Check below:

SNAP 2024 Test 1: Things to Carry

  • Candidates are required to carry two colour print outs of their SNAP 2024 admit card. Black and white print outs or digital copy of the SNAP admit card will not be accepted as a valid document.
  • Along with the SNAP 2024 admit card, candidates will have to carry a valid Government issued Photo ID Proof in original. The valid ID proof includes, Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID card, Passport and Driving License.
  • Candidates are required to carry a Black / Blue simple ball penfor signing the attendance sheet.

SNAP 2024 Test 1: Important Guidelines

  • Candidates must reach their SNAP test centre as per the reporting time mentioned on their SNAP admit card 2024.
  • Entry will be stopped after 2:00 PM for Shift 1 and 4:30 PM for Shift 2. No one will be allowed to enter the test centre once the gates are closed.
  • Candidates must carry all relevant document and a blue/black ball point pen.
  • They must affix a recent passport size photo on both copies of their SNAP 2024 admit card print out.
  • They must not carry mobile phones, watches, calculators, smart devices of any kind, etc.
  • They must also not carry bags or valuables as there will be no facility for safekeeping of candidate’s personal belongings outside the test centre
  • Candidates do not have to carry loose paper. Rough sheet(s) will be provided for rough work which will have to be returned to the invigilator before exit.
  • Candidate will have to write his/her name and Entrance Test Seat Number on each rough sheet(s).
  • At the SNAP 2024 test centre entrance, on the notice board you can look for building/Lab in which your seat is located.
  • Cooperate with test centre staff during document verification and biometric identification process.
  • Inside the test lab, an invigilator will check candidate’s SNAP admit card 2025 and Photo ID card. Post which, candidates will have to give facial photograph as part of biometric information.
  • Thereafter, candidates need to sign the attendance register and proceed to their terminal as per the system number. Stay seated for further instructions.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to leave the test lab, once entered. If any candidate needs to leave the lab for any reason, he/she will not be allowed to re-enter.

Q:   What is the SNAP 2024 exam date?

A:

The SNAP 2024 application began on August 5, 2024 and will conclude on November 22, 2024. The SNAP 2024 exam dates are December 8, 15 and 21, 2024. Candidates can register for one, two or three attempts as per their choice. Best score of all attempts will be taken into consideration for PI shortlisting. The SNAP 2024 admit card for every session will be released separately. For the first session, the hall ticket will be released on December 2, for the second attempt, it will be released on December 9 and for third attempt, it will be released on December 15, 2024. 

Q:   What are the items to carry to the SNAP exam centre?

A:

At the SNAP exam centre, a candidate will be allowed to carry only certain items. Since the exam is held under CCTV vigilance, candidates must not try to sneak in any document or item which is not authorized by the exam authorities or mentioned in the exam day instruction guide. Here we have mentioned the items that candidates are allowed to carry inside the SNAP test centre.

  • Colour prints out of SNAP admit card
  • 2-3 passport size photo
  • Photo ID such as Voter ID card, Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card
  • Black/blue ball point pen for signing the attendance sheet

Q:   What is the schedule of SNAP What-GE-PI?

A:

The Group Exercise-Personal Interaction-Writing Aptitude Test round of admission through the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test is held in February-March. For MBA admission, the schedule is announced by the participating institutes after the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test result declaration in February. Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and other colleges start the shortlisting process a week after SNAP result announcement. It will announce the Group Exercise-Personal Interaction-Writing Aptitude Test dates at the official website.
