The Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur (XLRI), marked a significant milestone with the inaugural convocation of its XLRI Online Learning (XOL) Programmes on August 17. The prestigious ceremony, held at the Tata Auditorium, saw the graduation of 108 students from various management specializations.
Chief Guest Madhavi Lall Inspires Graduates
The convocation was graced by chief guest Madhavi Lall, Managing Director of Deutsche Bank for India, who delivered an inspiring address to the graduates. Lall shared valuable insights and encouragement for their future endeavors, adding a distinguished touch to the event.

The ceremony commenced with the traditional lamp lighting by XLRI Jamshedpur Director S. George. Chairman of XLRI TV Narendran welcomed the attendees with a speech, setting a celebratory tone for the evening.
