MCC extends schedule for NEET-UG 2021 Mop-Up Round Counselling

MCC has notified that the schedule for NEET-UG 2021 mop-Up round counselling has been extended up to March 16.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the extension of the last date for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2021 counselling mop-up round registration till Wednesday, March 16, 2022.

The interested candidates can register for the mop-up round at the MCC's official website mcc.nic.in.

Additional seats added for NEET-UG 2021 Mop-Up Round Counselling

MCC has also added more seats for the mop-up round. The official notification says, "The Medical Counselling Committee has received information from following Institutes about new seats which could not be contributed by the college due to late receipt of Letter of Permission (LoPs) i.e after the start of Round-2 of UG Counselling 2021 or those who could not contribute their seats within the stipulated time. Therefore, MCC of DGHS has added the following MBBS seats in the seat matrix of Mop Up Round of UG Counselling 2021:"

In Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Karad, under the Deemed quota, a total of 50 MBBS seats have been added including 42 paid seats and 8 NRI seats. In Pt. Raghunath Murmu Medical College, Baripada Odisha, a total of 4 MBBS seats are added under AIQ quota, 2 seats for UR, 1 for OBC and 1 for ST.

In Gajra Raja Medical College, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, 3 MBBS seats are added under AIQ - one for UR, 1 for OBC, 1 for SC. In the Govt. Dental College, RIMS, Kadapa, 15 BDS seats have been added under AIQ quota.
