Medical aspirants demand Almora Medical College should start soon

Medical aspirants of Uttarakhand are demanding on social media to start the academic session in Almora Medical College at the earliest.

Due to the non-visit of the National Medical Commission (NMC) team in Almora Medical College, the college has still not been granted by NMC. After the delay in this process, the medical aspirants have now taken to social media to demand the commencement of the academic session at Almora Medical College at the earliest.

The medical aspirants are raising their voice on Twitter under #almoramedicalcollege. Some of the related tweets are:

"Sir, Uttarakhand demands yogi maharaj. He can open not only AMC but also other four that to before commited time."

Soban Singh Jeena Government Institute of Medical Sciences and Research is also known as Almora Medical College. The college is expected to start with a students intake capacity of 100 for the MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) course.

The faculties recruitment is going on in the college. As per the college's recent notification, the walk-in-interview for the vacant posts at the college will be conducted on December 20, 2021.
