AIIA's Satellite Institute to come up in Goa on Dec 11

AIIA Goa will seek to develop itself into a wellness hub of Ayurveda promoting medical health tourism, said the Ministry of Ayush.

Ministry of Ayush has announced that a satellite institute of All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), New Delhi, will come up in Goa. It will be inaugurated on December 11, 2022.

The ministry's tweet reads, "The Satellite Institute of @AIIA_NDelhi is coming up in Goa. AIIA, Goa will offer the highest quality facilities for undergraduate, post graduate & post doctoral streams in the education, research & patient care services through Ayurveda system of medicine."

AIIA Delhi's tweet reads, "Join us to celebrate the spirit of Ayurveda in Goa. Countdown begins...satellite centre of All India Institute of Ayurveda to be inaugurated on December 11."

AIIA Delhi invites applications for Panchakarma Technician Course

The last date to apply for the Panchakarma Technician Course at AIIA is December 15, 2022. The duration, of course, is one year. 

The course provides an ultimate opportunity for the ones who want to place themselves globally in a very high demanding job in Ayurvedic hospitals, panchakarma centres, health resorts, wellness centres etc. The demand for skilled Panchakarma technicians is on the rise as the acceptance of Ayurveda is widely spreading across the globe, said AIIA statement.

The eligibility requirement is 10+2 from any recognized school by state board/CBSE/ICSE or any other recognized board by Govt. of India. The age limit is between 16 to 35 years. The candidate must be physically fit along with good physical and mental endurance. The selection will be made based on merit, and counselling/entrance exam.
