AIIMS Bhubaneswar to hold 4th Convocation on Jan 7, 2023

AIIMS Bhubaneswar will hold the 4th Convocation on Jan 7, 2023, and students have been asked to report at AIIMS on January 6, 2023, by 10 am for necessary briefing and stage rehearsal.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar Registrar BB Mishra has announced the 4th Convocation on Jan 7, 2023. Students can bring their parents (father & mother=Total 3 members) to attend the function if they desire.

As per the official notification, every student has to submit a demand draft of INR 3000 in favour of AllMS, Bhubaneswar as a security deposit at the time of arrival at AllMS, Bhubaneswar for Convocation Gown. They must deposit the demand draft in the Dean's office on arrival positively, which is refundable on return of the Convocation Gown.

“Convocation Gowns to be collected from LT-1 & LT-4, Administrative Building, (8:00 AM to 10:00 AM) on 6th January 2023 by submitting a security amount of INR 3000/- in form of Demand Draft (DD) in favour of AllMS, Bhubaneswar payable at AllMS, Bhubaneswar (No CASH will be accepted),” reads the official notification.

“The DDs will be returned on deposit of the Convocation Gowns by 9:00 PM on January 7, 2023, itself from the same LTs from where the Convocation Gowns are collected” added the notification.

The passed-out students of the following batches are to attend the Convocation and report at AllMS, Bhubaneswar on January 6, 2023, by 10.00 a.m. for a necessary briefing and stage rehearsal - DM/Mch-2017 (July) & 2018 (January & July), MD/MS - 2017(July),2018 (January & July), PDF (February 2020 to October 2021), M.Sc Nursing - 2018, MBBS- 2015 with some students of 2014 passed with 2015 batch, B.Sc (Hons) Nursing -20L6 with some students of 2015 passed with 2016 batch, and B. Sc (Hons) Paramedical-2017 with the student of 2016 batch.
